  • Restructuring of Manica Central Africa due to changing economic environment including re-organisation of staff and operational MO. 

  • Executed comprehensive strategy development to the formulation of the initial business plan, leading to successful negotiations with the Tanzanian and Zambian governments. This strategic initiative involved forming alliances with PNO Nedlloyd, DRC Railways, Tanzanian Ports and Zambian Railways, culminating in the acquisition and operational launch of a Container Terminal in the Copperbelt. The project was pivotal for regional beltway development and enhancing trade routes.

  • The strategic and policy framework development for the Coega Industrial Development Zone, crafted with a focus on the integration of Aquaponics and Hydroponics as principal strategic initiatives. Encompassing a comprehensive analysis of funding mechanisms, including a detailed examination of layered financing options, evaluation of market dynamics, and an emphasis on ensuring enduring financial health. Additionally, the strategy includes the development of specialized cold chain logistics to serve extensive retail markets of varying magnitudes.
